If you would like to have access to your claims data under the self-funded plans, you must register separately with WEBeci. Please contact Nick Strommen at Allied Administrators to obtain instructions on how to register for WEBeci.

The information provided on the WEBeci website is considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under the privacy provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  

Allied Administrators and WEBeci will not disclose or share your personal information to commercial markets.  Personal information you provide us will be used for the purposes of performing administrative activities and providing customer service.

Eligibility and benefits information is based on the data available.  In the event of a conflict between the information displayed on the WEBeci site and the information on record at the Trust office, the Trust records will prevail.
