TEMPORARY CHANGE TO ELIGIBILITY RULES FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN AGED 19 OR OLDER: Under the current Plan rules, coverage for dependent children terminates at age 19, or at age 25 for full-time students. Under the new health care reform law, the Plan rules will be amended in the future to provide coverage for all adult children until age 26. In the meantime, effective May 6, 2010, the Plan will not terminate coverage of a dependent child who would otherwise lose coverage because of age or loss of student-status.
